Bio
Krisann Deauville has been entertaining crowds with her original scripts and choreography for as long as she can remember, beginning in backyard summer shows with her sister and cousin as her sometimes-willing cast members. She can remember being a small girl and crying while watching classic musicals, lamenting that real talent was, "so rare in movies nowadays.” So it was natural for her to go into theatre arts, you see.
She has a passion for giving young performers great theatrical experiences because of how her own experiences so greatly shaped and benefitted her
life. That is, apart from a short stint in roller disco that did not end well and she would prefer not to talk about, thanks.
Whether teaching, or taking class in various dance studios and theatre programs, or attending writing workshops, Krisann has never stopped learning and honing her craft. She invites all to do the same.
Krisann has two brilliant daughters and a gorgeous baby son. When she’s not working on productions, she can be found writing plays, mentoring young authors, editing manuscripts, reading, enjoying San Diego county with her family, or napping.
